Учет внешнеторговых операций - это статистическое наблюдение за движением товарных потоков через государственную границу. В зависимости от направления движения товаров через государственную границу выделяются два объекта статистического наблюдения, программа реализации которого составляет систему учета: наблюдение за товарами, поступающими в стра-н у,- статистика импорта инаблюдение за товарами, вывозимыми из стран ы,-статистика экспорта.
